Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to smartdataanalyticshub.digital and consulting engagements with Smart Data Analytics Hub (“we”, “us”), based at Lever Centre, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

Services

We provide application analytics consulting focused on product behavior dashboards — including dashboard audits, funnel signal calibration, feature behavior reviews, and cohort behavior pulses. The website describes services and informational pricing; it does not process payments or create a binding contract until a written statement of work is signed.

Website use

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at abusive volume, or submit false contact information. We may suspend access that threatens security or availability.

Engagements

Scoped work begins only after both parties agree in writing on deliverables, fees, timeline, and data-access requirements. You remain responsible for lawful authority to grant access to analytics systems and for decisions made after our briefs.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to Smart Data Analytics Hub or its licensors. Engagement deliverables are licensed for your internal use as stated in the statement of work. You may not resell our briefs as a product.

No warranties on site content

Site copy is informational. We do not warrant that examples apply to your environment without a scoped engagement. Consulting outcomes depend on data quality and stakeholder participation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Liability for paid engagements is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
